Responsibilities
Map, design, and optimize software quality and testing processes.
Identify gaps and bottlenecks in development and quality workflows.
Assess process maturity and propose continuous improvement actions.
Propose and implement governance models and performance indicators.
Conduct quality assessments and support internal process audits.
Lead workshops, mentoring, and training on quality best practices and agile methodologies.
Evaluate market tools and support the adoption of solutions that improve quality processes.
Support the integration of quality practices into agile teams and continuous delivery pipelines.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of software quality and test engineering.
Experience with process mapping and modeling (BPMN, ARIS, or similar).
Experience with software maturity models such as CMMI, TMMI, PMM, OPM3.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean).
Ability to interpret and analyze quality metrics.
Experience with process and quality support tools.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Master, ITIL, or CMMI (preferred).
Experience with digital transformation and continuous improvement projects (preferred).
Experience with large-scale projects (financial or public sector) (preferred).
