Responsibilities
Lead and manage all enterprise and development documentation across our platforms.
Create, curate, and maintain high-quality content that supports our teams and enables efficient knowledge sharing across the organization.
Work with the Senior Manager to develop and execute learning and employee engagement activities.
Prepare internal communications products that are engaging, creative, and informative, and share them through various platforms.
Maintain the DevOps Connect sites to ensure content is up to date and aligned with our strategic purpose.
Analyze data to measure our progress and make informed adjustments.
Contribute to our strategic plan that drives results to help our people grow and thrive.
Requirements
University degree in communications, journalism, business or related field with 3–5 years of experience in content creation, technical documentation, or knowledge management.
A strong curiosity that informs what works, what doesn’t, and what is possible to achieve.
Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, able to manage time and work with minimal supervision.
Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment.
Project management and organizational skills.
Nice to have: Experience with graphic design and content creation, HTML coding, event planning, communications planning, employee engagement.
