About the role

  • Lead and manage all enterprise and development documentation across our platforms.
  • Create, curate, and maintain high-quality content that supports our teams and enables efficient knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to develop and execute learning and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare internal communications products that are engaging, creative, and informative, and share them through various platforms.
  • Maintain the DevOps Connect sites to ensure content is up to date and aligned with our strategic purpose.
  • Analyze data to measure our progress and make informed adjustments.
  • Contribute to our strategic plan that drives results to help our people grow and thrive.

Requirements

  • University degree in communications, journalism, business or related field with 3–5 years of experience in content creation, technical documentation, or knowledge management.
  • A strong curiosity that informs what works, what doesn’t, and what is possible to achieve.
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage time and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Nice to have: Experience with graphic design and content creation, HTML coding, event planning, communications planning, employee engagement.
