About the role

  • Generating and producing content optimized for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) based on campaign direction.
  • Participating in creative brainstorms and strategy sessions with the Associate and Assistant Directors.
  • Applying trend analysis and platform insights to guide content decisions.
  • Shooting, editing, and delivering video and still photography assets for use in ads, course previews, event marketing, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Creating compelling visual narratives tailored to social audiences.
  • Managing and maintaining visual content for all Collab social media platforms, consulting with the Content Producer as needed.
  • Adjusting tactics based on content performance, utilizing real-time platform analytics.
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Director on scheduling content via the editorial calendar.
  • Identifying and supporting influencer partnerships.
  • Producing, enrolling, and executing content in collaboration with influencers aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Contributing creative copy and visuals that drive interaction and conversation across platforms.
  • Supporting community connection through responsive, on-brand storytelling.
  • Tracking engagement metrics and providing feedback to the broader marketing team.
  • Using learnings to iterate and improve future creative outputs.

Requirements

  • 3 years in digital content production, ideally in entertainment, e-learning, or social-first campaigns.
  • Portfolio showcasing video and social-first creative work required.
  • Proficiency using a DSLR/mirrorless camera, and general lighting and sound production experience.
  • Video editing skills including, proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve and basic color grading.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides.
  • Strong copy writing skills to create effective captions for social and paid media.
  • Familiarity with Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to remain adaptable and deadline-oriented.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
