About the role
- Intern position focusing on motion design and video production for a creative team in Berlin. Learn content creation while implementing your ideas in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Support in producing video content for social media and campaigns
- Work with After Effects and Premiere Pro — from editing and animation to final polish
- Contribute to the development of creative video formats and concepts
- Adapt content for different channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Research video, marketing and AI trends
- Take part in shoots with clients in Berlin and, if applicable, elsewhere — by arrangement
Requirements
- Confident use of Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Interest in marketing trends, social media and motion/video communication
- Initial experience with AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT)
- Independent, creative working style and willingness to experiment
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or social media ads (nice to have)
- Residence in Berlin required — hybrid collaboration
- Very good German language skills
