About the role

  • Contact Centre Specialist II focusing on client credit card operations at CIBC. Assisting clients by providing information and solutions for their banking needs.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for clients regarding credit cards
  • Assist clients with credit card operations and inquiries
  • Obtain complete information on client issues and summarize facts
  • Support best practices by providing information and solutions
  • Collaborate to find solutions that ease the banking experience

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home
  • Ability to engage with clients and provide exceptional client experience
  • Strong knowledge of CIBC systems and products
  • Ability to work flexible hours within shift schedule (Monday to Friday 7:00AM to Midnight, Saturday-Sunday 7:00AM to 10:00PM)
  • Must reside within a 2 hour radius of the CIBC Tower in Downtown Montreal
