Requirements
- Final-year student at an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program.
- Strong interest in consulting and operational transformation (manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, digitalization).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Ideally certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and familiar with key Lean tools: Kanban, 5S, flow analysis, VSM, visual management, …
- Interest in digital solutions and innovation.
- Analytical, synthetic, creative, able to take perspective, strong oral communicator, team player.
