About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to shaping iQo’s approach to impact.
- Support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of impact initiatives.
- Structure steering materials (committees) and monitoring tools for the assignment.
- Conduct research and monitoring of CSR best practices and new impact initiatives.
- Assist in organizing events or workshops to promote CSR initiatives and raise team awareness.
Requirements
- Master’s student (equivalent to Bac+4/5) in CSR, Sustainable Development, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sustainable development and social impact issues.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and proactive.
