About the role
- Customer Support Advisor for French and Spanish markets at MoveWORK in Lisbon. Ensuring client satisfaction and guiding users through the SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Répondre aux demandes entrantes des utilisateurs de la plateforme via différents canaux de communication
- Suivre les demandes jusqu’à leur résolution conformément au processus interne
- Répondre rapidement et efficacement en cas d’urgence et savoir rassurer le client face à un problème rencontré
- Former et accompagner les clients de manière proactive dans la prise en main de la plateforme
- Être force de proposition auprès des clients dans la promotion des innovations de la plateforme MoveWORK
- Tenir à jour la FAQ et les guides du service et faire remonter les retours clients
Requirements
- Une première expérience réussie en relation client ou support IT
- Être à l’aise dans un environnement digital / SaaS
- Maîtrise du français et de l'espagnol
- L’anglais constitue un réel atout
- Excellent relationnel pour accompagner, fidéliser et convaincre des interlocuteurs variés (opérationnels, managers, direction)
- Esprit de service, proactivité et sens de la valeur client
