- Dienstrad-Leasing Manager responsible for expanding international leasing offerings at ROSE. Collaborating with various departments to enhance customer experience and leasing processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for expanding and managing the international company bike leasing offering (e.g., JobRad)
- Development of business cases as well as marketing collaborations and concepts for the leasing area
- Central point of contact for internal departments such as Marketing, Retail, Finance, and leasing partners
- Establishment and further development of strategic partnerships in the leasing market with a focus on customer needs
- Further development of digital solutions to simplify the leasing process (e.g., online shop optimization, integration of interfaces/APIs)
- Improvement of company bike leasing processes to enhance the customer experience
- Strategic expansion and management of partnerships with company bike leasing partners
- Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Retail, Accounting, and Marketing
- Independent responsibility for developing monitoring processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Sales, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience in the leasing business or in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in the bicycle or mobility sector
- Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Passion for bicycles, mobility, and sustainable concepts
- Excellent German and English skills
