About the role

  • Support program and advancement staff across the Africa and Europe region.
  • Support a variety of project management tasks for regional communications initiatives.
  • Support writing, copyediting and graphic design.
  • Manage regional community of practice scheduling and meeting follow up.
  • Support regional speaker trainings.
  • Intranet site management and development.
  • Improvement of processes.
  • Ad hoc creative assignments such as writing, copyediting, and graphic design.
  • Participate in departmental and general IJM administrative support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree must be in progress for DC/Remote Internships and applicants need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
  • Experience in project management or process implementation.
  • Experience with intranet site management.
  • Graphic design skills a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mature orthodox Christian faith;
