About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visuals for LinkedIn, write copy, and schedule institutional and value-added content aligned with the brand's tone of voice, highlighting company initiatives, culture, employee and franchisee stories, and media coverage.
- Manage the communications calendar and publish content on LinkedIn following best practices; generate reports with recommendations to improve performance.
- Monitor engagement and reach metrics for posts, create performance reports and insights to optimize strategy and identify opportunities for audience engagement and interaction.
- Write texts in various styles for internal and external audiences.
- Support the drafting and editing of press releases, statements, and announcements.
- Review the classification of items in media clipping and approve distribution to the clipping service.
- Coordinate with company departments to map relevant topics and identify opportunities for story ideas.
- Support the communications advisory/PR team in liaising with internal areas for story approval and data validation.
- Assist in compiling materials and data for press kits.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for the team and leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Languages, Public Relations, or related fields
- Portfolio required
