  • Manage and develop a hybrid team of Account Executives focused on new business sales
  • Focus on commercial space (companies up to 1,000 employees)
  • Strategically engage with customers to achieve their desired outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably with a focus on the India region
  • Experience in developing and rapidly growing new markets
  • Experience with SaaS/subscription-based sales model ideally in the EdTech domain
  • Strong drive for results while delivering a great customer experience
  • Proven track record of quota attainment both as an individual contributor and Manager
  • Experience dealing with rapidly growing mid-market customers and navigating complex org structures
  • Organizational agility; ability to get things done through formal and informal channels
  • Experience hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining sales reps
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, buying behaviors, and overcoming objections
  • Willingness to be hands-on in the sales process and support the team as a coach and advocate
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Great communication and presentation skills
