About the role
- Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings;
- Initiate contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions;
- Lead negotiations and build strong client relationships;
- Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
- Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships;
- Rigorously assess clients' repayment capacity, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
- Experience in credit risk assessment for credit granting and financial mathematics
- Negotiation skills and portfolio management
- Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
