About the role
- Comedian & Training Content Creator hosting live training sessions and creating engaging Gen Z level learning content for a corporate audience in Metro Manila. Partnering with instructional designers to create fun and modern training experiences.
Responsibilities
- Host live Zoom/Google Meet sessions with MC energy: icebreakers, role-plays, rapid Q&A, clean humor
- Create short-form learning videos (30 to 120 seconds): explainers, skits, memes, challenges for Reels/TikTok/Shorts and our LMS
- Turn topics into tight scripts and interactive activities; break content into micro-lessons
- Self-produce video: basic lighting, framing, audio; edit with jump cuts, captions, b-roll, callouts
- Drive participation: polls, breakout prompts, hot-seat coaching, gamified check-ins, end-of-lesson actions
- Review watch time, quiz scores, and feedback; iterate quickly
- Maintain brand voice and visuals so training feels fun and modern
- Coordinate with ops: schedule cohorts, upload assets to the LMS (Thinkific or similar), organize libraries
Requirements
- 3+ years in one or more: training facilitation, hosting/MC, stand-up/improv, content creation, public speaking
- Portfolio of on-camera work (links welcome) showing presence, timing, clarity
- Strong scriptwriting and ability to simplify complex topics
- Hands-on editing in CapCut or Adobe Premiere; basic Canva skills for thumbnails and lower thirds
- Comfortable leading lively sessions for 50 to 200 learners
- Excellent English; clear, inclusive delivery across accents and cultures
- Bonus: sales or customer service training experience; GenAI tools for drafts/captions/visuals; LMS admin (Thinkific, TalentLMS, etc.)
