Responsibilities
Write top-of-funnel articles designed to educate and engage audiences
Create short-form videos that translate each piece into social-first storytelling (roughly 60 seconds per video)
Use AI-supported drafts as a starting point, then refine for clarity, helpfulness, brand voice, and credibility
Publish and iterate on content based on performance, feedback, and social listening
Collaborate with editors and cross-functional partners (marketing, product/graphic design, leadership) to support growth initiatives
Execute consistently against production targets (3-5 articles + videos per week)
Help engage and grow Reviews.org’s video presence, bringing creative concepts and on-camera confidence
Contribute ideas that expand category coverage and evolve our content formats as the brand grows
Requirements
Experience writing consumer-friendly digital content (blog posts, explainers, buying guides, or similar)
Comfort creating short-form on-camera video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)—including filming and basic editing
Willingness to be a visible “face” of content (appearing on camera and representing the brand publicly)
Familiarity using AI tools to draft content, then editing with strong human judgment, voice, and accuracy
Strong self-editing skills and ownership mindset (you can polish your own work and iterate quickly)
Ability to follow a content plan while bringing creative ideas to improve hooks, pacing, and storytelling
Solid communication and collaboration skills for working with editors, freelancers, marketing, and designers
Reliable availability for team meetings (typical hours M–F, aligned to Mountain Time; flexibility outside meetings)
