About the role
- Co-Founder overseeing SEO strategies for a Swiss startup focused on innovative online marketing solutions. Collaborating with the founding team to shape the business model and drive growth in the Swiss market.
Responsibilities
- Übernahme zentraler Verantwortung für den Auf- und Ausbau des digitalen Serviceangebots – mit besonderem Fokus auf SEO-Strategien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam und aktive Gestaltung der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells
- Konzeption, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von SEO-Massnahmen
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Performance-Marketing-Angebots
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen mit Fokus auf die Schweiz
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden zur Zieldefinition und Umsetzung messbarer Erfolge
- Aufbau von Prozessen und Tools zur Kampagnensteuerung und -analyse
- Beteiligung an unternehmerischen Entscheidungen in Abstimmung mit dem Gründerteam
Requirements
- Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in SEO, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder vergleichbaren Funktion
- Unternehmerische Denkweise und Bereitschaft zum Buy-in als Co-Founder
- Tiefe Kenntnis des Schweizer Markts – idealerweise wohnhaft in der Schweiz
- Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und Fokus auf Umsetzung
- Analytisches Denken sowie sicherer Umgang mit KPIs und deren Interpretation
- Freude an der Arbeit mit KMUs und am Aufbau eines neuen Unternehmens
- Deutsch als Muttersprache (zwingend)
