- Take on central responsibility for building and expanding our digital service offering — with a particular focus on SEO strategies

- Lead the strategic development of our performance marketing services
- Conduct market and competitor analyses with a focus on Switzerland
- Work directly with our clients to define goals and deliver measurable results
- Build processes and tools for campaign management and analysis
- Participate in entrepreneurial decisions in coordination with the founding team
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in SEO, ideally at an agency or in a comparable role
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to buy in as a co-founder
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss market — ideally resident in Switzerland
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a strong focus on execution
- Analytical thinker with a confident handling of KPIs and their interpretation
- Enjoy working with SMEs and building a new company
- Native German speaker (mandatory)
