Responsibilities
Leads the development and delivery of sales performance metrics that are key to driving revenue and strong results for sales expansion within the commercial bank.
Consults with the Sales Performance Manager and Senior Management to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting.
Provides critical data deliverables and analysis for commercial banking lines of business sales teams and sales productivity analysis across all current and future systems.
Leverages analytics expertise and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams within the commercial bank to help measure sales activity and opportunities.
Designs, builds and maintains Tableau Dashboards and Reports.
Processes incentives and supports incentive processes.
Other reporting/analytics duties as assigned (ex. special projects, strategic efforts).
Requirements
Bachelors degree
5+ years related experience
Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to make accurate and actionable analyses in a timely fashion.
Experience creating self-service dashboards for internal business partners to learn, understand, have access to, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs.
Experience processing incentive plans for a line of business/segment.
Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through the form of job aids and/or guides.
