Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in virtualization and infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Nutanix and VMware technologies.
- Deep expertise in virtualization platforms, especially Nutanix (AHV and Prism Central) and VMware vSphere (ESXi and vCenter).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems in virtualized enterprise environments.
- Proficient in infrastructure automation and orchestration using Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and hybrid infrastructure models is a plus.
- Familiarity with backup strategies and integration with virtualization platforms (e.g., snapshots, Druva, Commvault, or similar).
- Experience in patch management and vulnerability remediation in virtualized infrastructures, ideally using tools like Altiris, Suse Manager, Wiz or Nessus.
- Solid understanding of data center architecture, shared infrastructure, and networking concepts.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning in virtualized environments.
