About the role
- Cloud Architect guiding clients through their Cloud transformation journeys to AWS. Collaborating with sales teams and formulating solutions to address business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AWS Account Executives, AWS Presales Specialists, and other AWS Cloud Architects to support our customers with their journeys to AWS.
- Bring people together by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our customers.
- Share up-to-date insights on the latest productivity solutions from Amazon.
- Formulate solid approaches to address business challenges and outcomes, present and host workshops and proposal reviews with business leaders and translate technical jargon into layman's language to meet business outcomes.
- Confidently challenge customers by using your skills, insight, and experience to help our customers see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right.
- Create an excellent experience for our customers and your internal stakeholders with responsive and adaptable communication skills that foster a collaborative environment.
- Document the agreed-upon solution through well-written, thoughtful, and detailed statements of work.
Requirements
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate is a requirement
- Technical background with 3+ years of industry experience or its equivalent
- Experience in services pre-sales is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Formal sales training or Account Management experience is an asset
- Cloud and Infrastructure Skillset
