Responsibilities
- Champion continuous improvement mindset, AI usage, and automation in software engineering processes
- Drive process excellence and innovative Software Engineering
- Mentor less experienced team members
- Execute defined software engineering roadmap
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting in projects of moderate to high complexity
- Identify and recommend improvements to the software development lifecycle
- Conduct demos of application features
- Organize the delivery of innovative solutions in line with user requirements
- Coordinate and implement new architectures for enterprise software
- Ensure proper documentation of software design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience
- Experience as a full-stack developer with Microsoft technology stack (C#, BLAZOR, .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure)
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, software release management, and DevSecOps principles
- AZ-204 Certification is highly desired
- Python Proficiency is a plus
- Experience with Visual Graphics Language (VGL) for the development and customization of automated Sample Manager LIMS workflows is a plus
