Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years experience in Clinical Research, including; 4 years in a Senior CRA or Principal CRA role with team leadership responsibilities ; or 2 years in a Project Manager, CRA Manager or equivalent leadership position.
- Extensive experience in managing clinical operations, including people management with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong CRA leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a keen focus on optimizing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
- Fluency in Dutch and English both written and verbal.
