About the role
- As part of the executive management of Sana Krankenhaus Radevormwald gGmbH, you will work closely with senior leadership as well as medical and administrative departments
- Ensure and further develop smooth clinic operations together with the departments, including strategic service planning, commercial/financial analyses and project management
- Manage internal and external service providers regarding scope of services, costs and quality
- Represent the organization externally, e.g., with cooperation partners
Requirements
- A successfully completed university degree with a focus on health economics or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector and proven leadership experience
- Strong drive to shape developments and a structured way of working
- Affinity for numbers, processes and people
