About the role

  • Provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients
  • Balance the workload of your own book of business while supporting larger and more complex accounts
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a client service team
  • Communicate with management, colleagues and clients to maintain positive working relationships

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients
  • Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire
  • Bachelor's degree in business related field (plus, not required)
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months)
