Responsibilities
own the day-to-day client relationship and all elements of Planning and delivery
implementation of the strategic vision for the client
delivery against the financial targets set
building a trusted relationship with the client
be a key contributor to multi-channel campaign planning and workflows across Intel & Sage campaigns
lead for response to briefs, campaign innovation and experimentation, holistic campaign activation and insight
work in partnership with internal Dentsu activation teams and operations
responsible for client satisfaction scores and supporting commercial opportunities for cross-dentsu growth
lead integrated brand and performance planning solutions whilst ensuring market-leading client service and satisfaction
Requirements
confident presenter
multi-channel planning experience
broad knowledge of channels
confident in managing mid-senior level clients and key stakeholders and initiating strategic conversations
ability to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g. Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCS
