About the role

  • own the day-to-day client relationship and all elements of Planning and delivery
  • implementation of the strategic vision for the client
  • delivery against the financial targets set
  • building a trusted relationship with the client
  • be a key contributor to multi-channel campaign planning and workflows across Intel & Sage campaigns
  • lead for response to briefs, campaign innovation and experimentation, holistic campaign activation and insight
  • work in partnership with internal Dentsu activation teams and operations
  • responsible for client satisfaction scores and supporting commercial opportunities for cross-dentsu growth
  • lead integrated brand and performance planning solutions whilst ensuring market-leading client service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • confident presenter
  • multi-channel planning experience
  • broad knowledge of channels
  • confident in managing mid-senior level clients and key stakeholders and initiating strategic conversations
  • ability to find and derive consumer and category insight from available planning tools e.g. Mintel, Statista, YouGov, CCS
