Client Growth Manager focused on translating insights into clear strategies for growth. Responsible for developing client-product fit maps and coordinating client growth strategies.
Responsibilities
Diseñar y mantener el Discovery estandarizado de clientes por vertical.
Preparar y consolidar Health-checks mensuales de clientes clave (riesgos y oportunidades).
Desarrollar Client–Product Fit Maps para identificar clientes prioritarios para adopción de productos.
Desarrollar y coordinar estrategias de crecimiento para clientes.
Generar sugerencias tácticas para AMs y Head of Accounts basadas en data y oportunidades.
Centralizar insights de clientes (Radar de Clientes) y conectarlos con el área de Growth.
Proveer inputs claros (data + narrativa) para iniciativas de producto y desarrollo de cuentas.
Liderar clients que necesiten una profunda mirada de negocio. Entender, sugerir y aplicar acciones tácticas que generen crecimiento en el negocio del cliente. Mentalidad Growth.
Requirements
2–4 años de experiencia en consultoría, agencias digitales, customer success o roles analíticos.
Conocimiento de métricas de negocio digital (CAC, LTV, ROI, churn, ARPU).
Capacidad para traducir análisis en acciones tácticas concretas.
Excelentes habilidades de síntesis y comunicación ejecutiva (saber explicar en 1 slide).
Manejo intermedio de Excel/Sheets; noción de BI o dashboards.
Mentalidad de crecimiento: ambición, curiosidad y ganas de construir procesos desde cero.
Educación: Estudiantes avanzados o recibidos en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Comercialización, Marketing.
