About the role

  • Analyze and process travel expense reimbursement claims, such as cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other related incidents.
  • Review documentation submitted by policyholders and assess eligibility for reimbursement in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Communicate with external customers to clarify questions and resolve issues related to reimbursements.
  • Provide support to internal teams (commercial/sales, quality, legal, and assistance).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims processes in the company's claims management system.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of complex claims, including verification of facts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose optimizations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in insurance or hospitality.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle high-volume workloads.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
