- Conduct thorough investigations of complex claims, including verification of facts.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose optimizations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in insurance or hospitality.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle high-volume workloads.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
