Analyze and process travel expense reimbursement claims, such as cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other related incidents.
Review documentation submitted by policyholders and assess eligibility for reimbursement in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Communicate with external customers to clarify questions and resolve issues related to reimbursements.
Provide support to internal teams (commercial/sales, quality, legal, and assistance).
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims processes in the company's claims management system.
Conduct thorough investigations of complex claims, including verification of facts.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose optimizations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Fluent in English.
Previous experience in insurance or hospitality.
Basic Excel skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle high-volume workloads.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
