Responsibilities
- Analyze low to mid-level commercial auto bodily injury claims to determine liability, injuries, and potential corporate exposure.
- Ensure handling of claims within company standards and industry best practices.
- Manage low to mid-level commercial auto bodily injury claims that are primarily attorney represented.
- Gather information to determine liability exposure, assign reserve values to claims, and settle claims up to designated authority level.
- Communicate claim action with client and potentially defense counsel if engaged.
- Ensure claim files are properly documented and maintain professional client and carrier relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Two (2) years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
