About the role

  • Lead the design of roadways, pedestrian paths, water/wastewater infrastructure, and civil site projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure.
  • Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and reports.
  • Coordinate with utility companies and conduct site/field inspections.
  • Apply your expertise and mentor others while ensuring accuracy through our established QA/QC processes.

Requirements

  • BS in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • Active Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within a year.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills are a plus!).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a desire to make a lasting impact.
