- Set architecture standards and scalable development practices across web, mobile, and backend.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver bold, reliable products, fast.
- Oversee R&D in generative AI, developer productivity, and workflow automation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and translate innovation into execution.
- Shape company strategy as part of the leadership team and strengthen our position as a leader in AI-driven product development.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software development, with proven experience leading engineering or product teams.
- Strong command of modern tech stacks (Flutter, React Native, full-stack - JS-preferably, and cloud infrastructure).
- Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-native development tools and methods.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex products with clarity and precision.
- Pragmatic, curious, and allergic to bureaucracy — you thrive on momentum.
- Excellent communicator who can connect technical vision to business outcomes.
- Motivated by the challenge of shaping how tomorrow’s products are built.
- Fluency in English is a must!
