- Proficient in managing platforms, APIs, and real-time systems
- Detail-oriented and excellent at systematic process optimization
- Extensive experience in establishing and implementing Operational Excellence in finance, automotive, or fintech environments
- Strong communication skills: business-fluent German and English required
