About the role

  • Mentor, coach, and develop General Managers to reach their full potential
  • Create growth opportunities within the team, ensuring they take on new challenges and expand their expertise
  • Foster a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and ownership among all markets
  • Define and drive the countries’ roadmaps, aligning with business analysis, local teams and global teams expectations (growth, product, data, etc.)
  • Ensure best practices in execution, management and hiring in all countries
  • Advocate for a data-driven culture, helping teams translate insights into action

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in leading a country or business unit, with 3+ years of marketplace experience
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and mentor high-performing teams
  • Deep business analytical skills and mindset
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into business actions
  • Hands-on experience with excellent execution skills
  • Natural leader
  • Speaking French and English (Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic is a plus)
