Support the Contact Centre strategic objectives
Ensure an optimal client experience when using online and mobile banking channels
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, guidance and troubleshooting
Requirements
Experience in having a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
Fluency in French and English
Ability to work independently in a private and quiet workspace
Wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate
