About the role

  • Join CIBC’s Chat & Social Media Contact Centre team
  • Support the Contact Centre strategic objectives
  • Ensure an optimal client experience when using online and mobile banking channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, guidance and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Experience in having a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to work independently in a private and quiet workspace
  • Wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate
