About the role

  • Chargemaster Analyst supporting revenue integrity and charge accuracy at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, providing expertise to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the maintenance of systems, processes, and workflows for timely and accurate recording of revenue related to the chargemaster (CDM).
  • Ensures compliance with government regulations and organizational policies regarding revenue integrity.
  • Provides expertise to educate appropriate staff on charging and coding standards.
  • Works with physicians and departments to optimize reimbursement and ensure charge capture.
  • Conducts reviews of charging, revenue, and billing to ensure compliance with all payer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience; Associate degree and 4 years of related experience; or 6 years of related experience.
  • Previous work experience with software used in a financial, clinical or enterprise systems setting.
  • Previous work experience with financial, clinical or web-based systems computing preferred.
  • Previous experience using verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.
  • Prefer expertise, licensure, or certification as required by role (for example: CCS, COC, Epic, RHIA, RHIT, RN, etc.)
  • This job requires incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Driver's License from the state of residence as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
