About the role

  • Scope projects and define objectives, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Produce clear, high-quality documentation (plans, risks, actions, decisions).
  • Manage stakeholders and keep sponsors informed throughout the project.
  • Operate within governance frameworks to track risks and issues.
  • Apply and share change management tools and best practices.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Customer Office on steering groups as needed.
  • Influence and build relationships across teams without direct authority.
  • Navigate tight deadlines, limited resources, and competing priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading people-focused change (not IT-focused).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and guide diverse teams.
  • Experience delivering business readiness plans across functions.
  • APMG Change Management or similar qualification (Agile, PRINCE2, Lean).
  • Experience in regulated, customer-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
