About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage private label assortment strategy to ensure a balanced and profitable portfolio
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new private label products
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to incorporate into product development
- Identify and leverage new market opportunities to expand the private label portfolio
- Collaborate with manufacturers to develop new private label products and oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch
- Develop and establish competitive pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales
- In cooperation with the Procurement Manager, build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, negotiate terms, prices and contracts to ensure favorable conditions
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, quality control, legal, to ensure cohesive strategy execution
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
