Responsibilities
Drive category performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
Shape the vision and lead the execution of a clear growth strategy
Monitor, manage, and optimize the category P&L, balancing key trade-offs
Spot and capture opportunities across the entire user journey, from discovery to fulfillment
Collaborate with Partners and Content teams to strengthen and diversify our assortment
Work closely with Product and Operations to enhance the end-to-end user experience
Act as the in-house market expert, providing insights and direction for category strategy
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience across product, business, or category management, consulting, or P&L ownership roles
Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or fast-paced business environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Sciences, or equivalent
Passion for technology, growth, and reinventing consumer/merchant experiences
