About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features for PDFCreator
- Develop and maintain WPF-based desktop applications, ensuring strong usability, performance, and reliability
- Ensure the application runs smoothly on millions of computers through a solid architecture and comprehensive unit and integration test coverage
- Collaborate effectively using Git and GitLab for version control, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
- Take part in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, refinement, sprint planning, implementation, and testing.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic developer with experience in designing and implementing desktop applications, ideally with WPF
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification is a plus
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role
- Profound knowledge of C# or another object-oriented programming language
- Familiarity with collaborative software development using Git/GitLab, including build automation and deployment through CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of algorithms, software design, and architecture
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
