About the role

• Systems Analyst coordinating complex analyses and studying potential computer applications for Navy Federal. Overseeing full lifecycle project implementation using expert technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate and conduct highly complex system analyses feasibility studies and implementation studies of potential computer applications to determine the advisability and profitability of adapting complex electronic data processing techniques to Navy Federal functional areas, works independently.
• To analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes with a broad degree of latitude.
• Works with the business to understand their needs, related to information technology and enhance business process by promoting new functionality.
• Using expert knowledge of the organization's technology infrastructure and specific software applications, assist the business to implement strategic vision through technology.
• To oversee/direct full lifecycle project implementation.
• To exercise expert technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
• Extensive experience in the application of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis and related analytical tools
• Extensive experience in leading collaborative work teams
• Significant in leading large projects/initiatives which have business risk and impact
• Extensive experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
• Expert knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research, including statistical methods and modeling
• Experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff
• Extensive experience that demonstrates the ability to research, compile, and document data, business processes, and workflow
• Extensive experience in market/consumer research, project management, and analysis in support of strategic planning initiatives
• Extensive experience in SQL and VBA database languages
• Master's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience
