Responsibilities
Key role in the successful implementation of business process management and change initiatives.
Focus on Business Process Management — from process design and continuous improvement to ensuring compliance.
Lead process management and the resulting transformation projects.
Plan, conduct and monitor process audits to ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions and standards.
Identify optimization opportunities and remove implementation barriers.
Identify training and qualification needs and support their appropriate implementation.
Plan and organize information events, communication campaigns and training to promote process acceptance and competence.
Document progress and provide regular reporting to project leadership and management.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, engineering, IT or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience leading or supporting transformation and process management projects — ideally in industrial, manufacturing or R&D environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — also in complex or challenging project situations.
Structured, solution-oriented and execution-focused working style, with a high degree of personal responsibility.
High digital affinity and experience integrating processes into IT systems (e.g. SAP, PLM).
Business-fluent German and good English skills.
