About the role

Business Manager Operations overseeing project life cycle management in financial services industry. Driving efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and project success for SAP Fioneer.

Responsibilities

Project life cycle management including contracting, calculations, staffing, project management, controlling, invoicing and executing the process of project setup in SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibility for setup and administration of customer and internal projects including the commercial framework like milestones, billing plan, pricing, etc.
Capacity planning, handling resource requests, staffing internal and external resources with a high level of efficiency, quality, compliance, and discipline.
Resource requisition, activity tracking and budgeting of current workforce.
Calculation, utilization, reporting as well as deviation control of budgets and tracking of project Profit & Loss.
Regular monthly closing activities including invoicing, deferred bookings and review of revenue bookings.
Customer payment management
Close alignment with Profit Centre Leads, Finance, Controlling and Business Operations organization.
Facilitate regular project reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, risks, and financials.
Proactively managing project risks identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements across project operations and proposing actionable solutions.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with excellent grades.
1- 2 years of first professional experience in controlling, project controlling or business operations.
You are a strong analytical thinker, coupled with a talent for numbers and data interpretation.
You have the ability to transform complex data into practical insights.
Your approach to complex tasks is adaptable, dynamic, and proactive.
Your work ethic is suited for a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
You see challenges as opportunities for growth and value the chance to contribute.
You're a team player who collaborates effectively across various business areas and stakeholders.
You're able to communicate effectively English, fluency in German is considered an asset
Hands-on mentality in regards to creating, managing, and improving processes within the area of responsibility.
