About the role

  • Overall leadership of service company ensuring smooth operational management in healthcare context. Managing budgets, process optimization, and quality standards for service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the operational, financial and personnel management of the service company at the site
  • You develop existing service structures to continuously improve profitability and customer satisfaction
  • You plan and monitor budgets, prepare business plans and provide regular reporting to executive management
  • You ensure compliance with the highest hygiene and quality standards (e.g., ISO or hospital-specific guidelines)
  • You act as the primary point of contact for hospital administration and the heads of medical departments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Health Management, or an equivalent leadership qualification
  • Several years of professional and managerial experience in a comparable role, ideally in the healthcare sector, service industry, or retail/wholesale
  • Strong leadership skills, decisiveness, and a high degree of service orientation
  • Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams
