About the role
- Business Intelligence Analyst managing data performance monitoring for the Personal Services Business Intelligence Department. Overseeing databases and ensuring business continuity within the Caisse Network Division.

- Ensure reports under your responsibility are updated and produced in a timely manner
- Oversee the operation of databases
- Maintain operations and ensure business continuity

- Have in-depth knowledge of the sectors under your responsibility and the business rules and indicators used to measure their performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- General knowledge of operational realities and banking tools
- Knowledge of how data visualization tools work
- Knowledge of data manipulation language (SAS, SQL, Python, etc.)
