About the role
- Business Director leading strategy and execution of Product Council Initiatives at Capital One. Collaborating with Product, Tech, and cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Product Council Initiatives
- Work closely with leaders in Product and Tech to develop and pilot processes, tools, and templates
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for rolling out and continuously improving the Product Development Process
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to integrate elements into Product College trainings
- Manage and develop multiple analysts
- Partner with Product Managers, Design and Engineering on product development
- Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 7 years of experience in analysis
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in product management (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
