Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of result KPIs for your portfolio
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between franchisees and the franchisor
  • Ensure the franchisor's execution standards are maintained
  • Implement and ensure execution of action plans
  • Identify operational improvements that deliver tangible results
  • Plan and deliver training for the team
  • Conduct product mix analyses and identify opportunities
  • Promote local marketing initiatives
  • Conduct competitor analyses
  • Identify opportunities for expansion or relocation
  • Monitor the process for new openings
  • Serve as the primary interface between the franchisee and the franchisor
  • Monitor Customer Service (SAC), ensuring quality in service

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is desirable
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams
  • Certifications in business management or franchising are a plus
  • Experience in business consulting or sales management
