Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of result KPIs for your portfolio
Ensure clear and effective communication between franchisees and the franchisor
Ensure the franchisor's execution standards are maintained
Implement and ensure execution of action plans
Identify operational improvements that deliver tangible results
Plan and deliver training for the team
Conduct product mix analyses and identify opportunities
Promote local marketing initiatives
Conduct competitor analyses
Identify opportunities for expansion or relocation
Monitor the process for new openings
Serve as the primary interface between the franchisee and the franchisor
Monitor Customer Service (SAC), ensuring quality in service
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office: advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Business Intelligence tools is desirable
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams
Certifications in business management or franchising are a plus
