About the role

  • Analyze and document HR business processes; recommend SAP-based improvements.
  • Support system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, reports, dashboards, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams on process improvement and project execution.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards.
  • Manage project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • 8+Years in Business Analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.
  • 5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
