Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting financial projects or in a similar role, preferably as part of a finance / business transformation project.
- 5+ years of accounting experience within the insurance industry, with strong knowledge of best practices and standards.
- Hands-on experience implementing and/or working with ERP and EPM systems is required.
- Proven experience supporting IT project execution, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience leading or supporting organizational change management initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Visio for process mapping preferred.
- Professional certification such as IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
