About the role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Expertise in data mapping and transformation
  • Expertise in SQL and database knowledge
  • Data cleansing and validation techniques
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.)
  • Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle functionalities
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle development and configuration teams
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Assist in the preparation of user stories, use cases, and test cases to validate Oracle system functionality
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate issue resolution with the technical team
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle applications and processes
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of Oracle projects
  • Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Stay updated on Oracle product enhancements and industry best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Applications modules (HCM, Finance, SCM, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of complex SQL queries to extract, join, and analyze data from Oracle databases to support business reporting needs
  • Analyse large datasets stored in Oracle databases to extract meaningful insights, trends, and performance metrics
  • Provide ongoing support to business users, helping them understand and leverage Oracle BI tools effectively
  • Strong SDLC and defect management/testing skills; payroll or HR Tech knowledge preferred
  • Willing to work in PST time
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
