About the role

Responsibilities
- Design CRM workflows and business processes using BPMN/UML mapped to Dynamics 365
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and test cases; validate features through UAT
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating workshops and aligning expectations
- Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to enhance business efficiency
- Support change management initiatives and coordinate training to drive user adoption
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM consulting or business analysis with a focus on Dynamics 365
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into high-value CRM solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Advanced English (B2/C1) — essential for international collaboration. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
