Responsibilities

• As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
• Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
• Uncapped Bonus Potential: You’ll have an opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours, but it's entirely up to you—work at a pace that suits your lifestyle.
• Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
